Hey, wondering if I can get help with accessing my workspace, we missed the final notice billing notification 2 weeks ago, and forgot to update an old card. Now our workspace has 404, and the Magic Link doesn’t give us access, we’ve been using the Pro 50k execution plan for over a year, a lot of our workflows/operations rely on N8N, so it’s a bit of a disaster not being able to login, can someone who helps with support DM us so we can get this rectified please, many thanks.
@jrw888 sorry to hear — billing lockouts are n8n staff only, community side cant restore workspace access. fastest path is emailing help@n8n.io with ur workspace details + billing email so they can sort the card + reactivation. lmk if u dont hear back, can try flagging it from another angle
