503 Error /Lost Connection- Even when just adding a node!

About 3 days ago (around 24 June 2025) my cloud instance started showing the dreaded 503 message accompanied by 502 errors too and the even worse Lost Connection error. I logged a call with support and deactivated a workflow as this seemed to be causing the error. This didn’t work, even when running random small (2 nodes trigger and send email for example) or large workflows. My workspace has become unusable both in terms of running active workflows and just creating new workflows . Can anyone help? Having paid for a working service I was hoping to be able to work but sadly not. Turned off all execution logging etc and still no good

Hey @MarkAns ,

Try restarting your workspace in n8n.cloud
And try maybe moving to upgrade the beta version maybe that could rebuild your workspace
