Hey @Gomeh_Saias ! Sorry to hear this is happening. Since your on cloud, I would contact [email protected], if the admin panel didn’t do anything. Did you try restarting the instance also through the same panel?

In n8n Cloud, the admin dashboard can still be reachable even while the app itself is unhealthy, so the next step is to open a Support ticket/email with your workspace URL and timeframe so they can check the instance logs and recover it
