503 Workspace Offline

Hi all, we’re facing continued issues with the 503 Workspace Offline all of a sudden starting a few days ago. None of our workflows are taking copious amounts of memory at all, and we aren’t getting a reply from support. This is causing issues with workflows for big clients!

What do we do here?

  • n8n version: 1.80.3
  • Database (default: SQLite): n/a
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main): Unsure
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app): n8n cloud
  • Operating system: Mac OS Sequoia 15.4

did you work this out. I am having the same issue. only difference is on Windows.
