A few newbie questions about creators

Hi,

I have a couple of basic questions.

  1. Is the community account the same as the creator’s account? Are they considered different?
  2. How do I get in touch with a creator to ask them questions about the workflow they shared?

  1. Yes, both are different. To access the creator account, visit here.
  2. There is no direct way that n8n provides to contact them, but you can either find their contact information in the template (if provided) or search for them in the community and check their profile to see if they’ve mentioned any contact details there.
