This category is for help with the Academy platform itself, separate from any specific course.
Use it for anything to do with logging in, enrollment, badges and certificates, progress tracking, or general technical issues with the site. Since we are in soft launch, this is also the right place to report bugs. The more detail you can give, the faster we can sort it: what you were doing, what you expected, what actually happened, and your browser and device if it seems relevant.
