“Accidental Loop exhausted monthly limit – Urgent help for local business deployment”

Hello N8N-Team,I am reaching out because I accidentally exhausted my monthly execution quota within a very short timeframe due to an infinite loop in a WhatsApp router workflow.
We are in the final deployment phase for a critical project for a local business (“Eddy Mobile”). While fine-tuning the logic, a gap in the filter for “self-sent” messages caused the workflow to trigger thousands of unintended executions before it could be stopped.
I have already sent an email to support on Saturday regarding a one-time courtesy reset (as I read this is sometimes possible for such accidents), but I haven’t received a response yet.
The logic has already been fixed and hardened with a strict sender-filter to prevent this from happening again. We are now completely blocked from finishing the implementation.
Instance ID: I can provide my Instance ID via DM to a staff member
Could a staff member please look into this or check my pending support ticket? Any help to get us back online would be greatly appreciated!
