Could you clarify if this is an n8n Cloud Account or Local Hosted instance?
I was facing the same issue
after changing my Gmail, I didn’t get any messages on the new email, and I had also forgotten my password. What worked for me was using the “Forgot password?” or account recovery option
. I had to provide some old account info to verify my identity. If that doesn’t work, contacting their support team directly really helps, they guided me step by step to regain access.
So i checked the email and it seems that i gave a wrong new gmail address and now i cannot connect to my account because i provided a wrong gmail address i misspeled it and i don’t know what to do. Jon_James I use n8n claude
