I have installed n8n version 2.22.4 self-hosted. Unfortunately, the activation key for the Community Edition is not arriving, even after various attempts and waiting several days. There’s nothing in the spam folder either.
I would appreciate any help.
@TomKah whats the email u registered with? if its outlook/hotmail or a corporate/school address, those tend to sometimes drop n8n’s license emails — not even in spam, just gone.
try re-registering with a gmail address from Settings → Usage and plan (3-dots in the lower-left). that usually goes through. if u still dont get it, email help@n8n.io and they can help you
It actually worked directly with the Gmail address. I thought the address would have to match the address of the installation. Apparently that’s not the case. Thanks!
