I got an activation key to get paid features for a community member. i used it successfully. the next time i logged on, it was as if I never used it. when it tried the same one again, it said it was already used. what can I do?
yeah that’s frustrating - sounds like the key got consumed but didnt actually stick to your account. couple things to try:
1. log out completely, clear your browser cache, then log back in and check if the features show up
2. if that doesnt work, reach out to the n8n team directly at [email protected] with your account email and the activation key - they can manually verify and reapply it on their end since the key got marked as used
lmk if the cache clear helps, otherwise theyll need to sort it server-side for you
