Add a README.md for each Workflow

Hi

The idea is:

Create a setting to fill a README.md

My use case:

Currently, I add a note to my workflows with README.md as H1. It’s functional but not perfect.
It will be useful if we can have a specific option with an Markdown editor for each workflow.

I think it would be beneficial to add this because:

It will add some consistence between workflow documentation.

to add to this, maybe it would be nice to have documentation for each node.

A lot of us try to put documentation in notes around the nodes or groups of nodes, maybe that could be formalized in a feature
