Ok, thank you! I thought that every services that uses the OpenAI API format would work in the same way.

If the service used the same format sure it would work but if you look at say the Openrouter models endpoint and compare it to the OpenAI models endpoint while the URL is the same the response is difference and this is the sort of thing that has the potential to cause an issue.
