The idea is:
Telegram enabled bots to react to messages recently. But it is missing in n8n’s Telegram node.
My use case:
Sending reactions to existing messages on Telegram 
For example, adding a thumbs up reaction to a message when it is processed.
I think it would be beneficial to add this because:
It is part of Telegram’s bot API, and it is a good idea to have that in n8n, too.
Any resources to support this?
