how work these new feature, im missing the documentations

Please don’t randomly tag people on your question.
This is a button for a new feature that isnt released yet as far as I know. So you will need to be patient for them to release the feature. 
I think the button was mistakenly added already.

Yeah that was part of the old implementation of Evaluations. We’re currently reconsidering the UI and pushed back the release a bit.

thx for the informations, i have tag bart not randomly Since he introduces the new features with youtube live and since this button did not appear in any known feature and is currently not listed in any documentation i tagged him thinking he might know it. no other insider accounts came to mind. i did not think i was bothering by quoting the community manager in the community forum…
By that logic everyone should be spamming Bart 
It is just that Bart of course is very busy, so you do not need to tag him. There is plenty of people replying to questions to get you an answer, no need to bother Bart with that.
