Add "Update a variable" to the n8n public rest API

The idea is:

The idea is to be able to use the n8n public rest API to update a variable.

My use case:

I use the n8n rest API to allow my global:member users to manage n8n variables without having to give them the global:admin role.

I think it would be beneficial to add this because:

I think it would be beneficial to add this because we already have the possibility to add, retrieve and delete variables. So being able to edit them would complete the already available features.

Any resources to support this?
