After I upgraded to n8n v2 ,AI agents doesn’t look the same and I cannot connect tools nor webhook to it. What you see in the screenshot that they are connected is because it was build in v1

- n8n version: 2.3.1
- Database (default: SQLite)
- n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main):
- Running n8n via (npm pm2,):
- Operating system: Linux Ubuntu 24
Looks like the migration failed
Even when I create a new workflow, the AI agent still look like the screenshot
What I would do Is a clean reinstallation which is to remove n8n and then install it back again. See if that works.
Yes, I faced some issues with Apache2 since I’m using it for proxy. Content policy was very strict is blocks some n8n files. Issue solved

Hi @DevMushref,
What version was your ai agent based on? You can double click the node and check under settings. Ideally you should use the latest version of the nodes. Unfortunately the only way to upgrade the node version is by recreating the node.
