Hi n8n team,
I am currently using an n8n Cloud paid workspace, but the new AI features (ChatGPT blue node, AI Agent, AI Chat, AI workflow builder, etc.) are still not available in my editor.
I have already contacted support multiple times, but the chat keeps replying with the AI assistant only, and my ticket never reaches a human agent.
This issue is blocking my automation workflow, so I really need a manual review and activation for my workspace.
Workspace details:
• Workspace URL: answk6417.app.n8n.cloud
• Account Email: [email protected]
Current situation:
• No AI nodes visible
• No AI workflow builder
• Only the old OpenAI node appears
• Other users seem to have AI features enabled already
I would greatly appreciate it if someone from the n8n team could manually verify my workspace and enable the AI features for me.
