I am working on an automation workflow that takes a weekly podcast and turns it into a formatted, branded PDF using AI. Most of my build so far connects systems using Zapier, n8n, and Google Docs—with AI (Claude Sonnet 4) handling summary and reformatting steps.
The challenge I’m running into is Zapier’s 30-second timeout, since Claude’s responses are often taking 2+ minutes to return. I am looking for any advice or alternative ways to architect this so the whole flow remains reliable and flexible, especially for long-form audio → document use cases.
