Hi everyone,
I’ve been building a reusable n8n automation system for service businesses that need to turn incoming leads into structured requests, quotes, CRM records and follow-ups.
The workflow can:
- Receive leads through a webhook
- Use AI to extract vehicle/service information
- Detect missing information
- Match requested services against an editable price catalog
- Calculate an estimated quote
- Store the lead in an n8n Data Table CRM
- Schedule automatic follow-ups
- Handle quote acceptance or rejection
- Optionally send messages through WhatsApp Business Cloud
- Optionally create appointments in Google Calendar
I designed the core workflow so that WhatsApp and Google Calendar are completely optional. It can work only with n8n Data Tables and a message outbox.

I’d be interested in feedback from other n8n users, especially on the workflow architecture and how useful this type of lead-to-quote automation is for agencies and local service businesses.
