AI Sales Scraper

Hi — quick project. I need a rough fixed-price estimate and confirmation you can deliver an MVP within 3 weeks. Preferably European and especially UK based
Goal: build an MVP “trigger-based lead engine” that identifies companies likely to need new office space, based on signals like new CEO/leadership changes, funding, hiring spikes, expansion indicators, etc. Output should be a manageable list (50–60 companies per week) with contact details.
MVP requirements:
Data sourcing from public sources (LinkedIn, news, Companies House, or alternatives you recommend)
Enrichment: company name, website, location, size, industry, and the trigger/reason
Contacts: 1–3 decision-makers per company (CEO/COO/CFO/Facilities/Office Manager) + email if available
Simple scoring (0–100) with short explanation
Delivery via Google Sheet or CSV
Ability to generate a fresh batch weekly (manual or semi-automated is fine for MVP)
Out of scope: CRM integration, outreach automation, dashboards, multi-user logins.
Timeline: MVP in 3 weeks.
Could you share:
Rough price range for this MVP
Data sources you’d use + any monthly API costs
High-level tech approach / stack
What you’d need from me to start
Thanks.

Hey @B10_Jr ,

Hi, thanks for sharing the brief, this is clear and very achievable as an MVP. A 3-week delivery timeline is realistic. For scope like this, a rough fixed-price estimate would be in the £4k-£7k range, depending mainly on how deep the enrichment and contact accuracy need to be. The approach would use n8n to orchestrate a weekly run that pulls public signals such as leadership changes, hiring spikes, funding news and expansion indicators from sources like LinkedIn, news/RSS feeds and Companies House, then enriches those companies using tools like Clearbit, Apollo or lighter alternatives to keep costs reasonable. Expect ongoing API costs of roughly £50-£200 per month at MVP scale. Leads would be scored with a simple rules-based 0-100 model with a short explanation, and the output delivered as a Google Sheet or CSV with 50-60 companies per week and 1-3 relevant decision-makers where available. To get started, I would mainly need clarity on target geography, preferred industries and company size, what defines a “good” lead for you, and access to any tools or data sources you already use. UK or Europe-based delivery is no issue, Let me know if this helps!
