Aikido Security failing on a PR Chroma

I have a PR of ChromaDB node which I am currently working on. However whatever I do Aikido Security fails everytime. Can you guys help me identify the problem why it fails? Also Aikido Staff told me to see the scan i needed to be invited, how do i get invited to that account as well?

## Summary Add ChromaDB vector store node to address vector store gaps in loc…al RAG development. This integration provides essential vector database capabilities for local development workflows. The node supports standard vector store operations including load, insert, retrieve, update, and retrieve-as-tool modes with collection management and metadata filtering capabilities. Includes proper error handling for embedding dimension mismatches and collection management features. Hello again, I tried to rebase my PR with the master but the Aikido and synk failed so i reverted but they still fail. Im quite puzzled again as i managed to remove those problematic packages and the tests were passing. Can you help me identify the problem they are complaning? Apologies for the mess.
