Information on your n8n setup

  • n8n version:
  • Database (default: SQLite):
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main):
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app):
  • **Operating system:**Hi, I’m using the n8n.cloud trial version. I’m seeing a “Critical update available - Please update to version 1.106.3 or higher” message on my dashboard. Because of this, I cannot find the ‘Airtable PAT’ option when I try to create a new Airtable credential. I only see the old ‘API Key’ method, which is deprecated. Could you please check if my cloud instance can be updated to the latest version? Thank you.

Hi @fender_gold :waving_hand:

Are you able to do the update directly? (More info on how to do this here)

If this isn’t working you’ll need to submit a support ticket. If so, please contact me with the ticket reference and I’ll look into it. Thanks

Hi, thank you for your reply. I am using the n8n.cloud version, so I cannot perform the update myself. As you suggested, I have just submitted a support ticket via email to [email protected]. I will let you know the ticket reference number as soon as I receive it. Thanks for your help!

Hi @Adeline, I tried to send an email to the support address you mentioned, but it seems the email address is incorrect, and my message failed to send. Could you please help me directly here on the forum? Here is the necessary information again: - My instance is on n8n.cloud: `https://goldfinder.app.n8n.cloud/\` - I am seeing the “Critical update available” message. - Because of this, I cannot use the new Airtable PAT authentication method. Could you please check my instance and help me get it updated? Thank you for your support!

Hey @fender_gold , you should be able to update your n8n instance as per Update your n8n Cloud version | n8n Docs. No need to involve n8n team unless you have problem with the update itself.
