All of my workflows are missing

Error: Problem loading execution

Execution not found

All n8n workflows disappeared. After using them for several weeks, I logged in to find my account having no workflows and only 2 out of many credentials, I’m using cloud hosted. If I try to access directly the workflow url it doesn’t find it. Can’t see past executions as well.

I am not sure if n8n is shutting down your instance on their cloud provider however loosing workflows still doesnt make sense unless n8n cloud instance is using ephemeral storage. only n8n support can help here
