Allow Enterprise LIcense Purchase

Hi There,

Totally understand the desire to have the enterprise be a “Speak with Sales” price conditioning tactic, many of us would do the same thing.

I booked using your calendar link through the website process, with George -SDR for 5:45 am this morning. That meant waiting 4 days to have the meeting.

at 5:48 AM, George emails me saying he was just getting home, and was delayed, I had also reached out at the same time so we crossed paths there.

At 5:51 AM I responded saying that I understood, no problem.

He basically kicked it to the reschedule, I Asked if he was okay to meet now, albeit late, with no response.

George’s Title is SDR, is there an AE or someone I can talk to? If I have to go through the SDR to AE, setter closer sales process… thats fine. Let me just make it simple. We’re qualified, we think we will need the enterprise license, can I just bypass the SDR and get straight to someone who can participate in the sales process?

OR… .can I just get the details in a knowledge base article and purchase it at my own discretion?

Not trying to be a Karen here, but when you waste my time at 5 am it makes you get a little Karen-ey.
