Tips & Tricks is more for where members to flex their n8n know-how and share cool and/or time-saving workflow building techniques with the community.
Regarding your workflow. the great thing about is it’s possible to build each step you’re describing separately and then tie them together at the end. Optimising as you go along.
Start with the gmail/outlook trigger to get the emails and go from there!
