ollama has local llm with vision , if not you have to use example of chatgpt one on the store image captioning

i use one to look at my cctv cams to see whos at the door lol

its built in , adding your ollama in credentials direct it to your server , then when using a Basic LLM Chain node you can select a ollama model , then pick from a list of llm’s you have already downloaded
