hello everyone, I have faced a problem on how should I write the “value to send” field?? Because I will not to fixed the answer, and the answer is depend on the user answer. How can I trying to solve this problem??
Now normally my flow will be ask user 8 questions, and after user have answered until question 6 which is time of occurrence, the ai agent need go to “get rows which is to read all the existing NCR” and from that to scan have similar case before or not. If yes will show the result, otherwise will continue asking remaining question
