Are Docker images with Azure Container Apps broken for anyone else?

I notice that new Docker images have recently been published. When attempting to redeploy an Azure Container App with either latest or 1.65.0 I’m getting the following error:

Is this broken for anyone else?

Here’s what my settings look like in Azure Container Apps:

This issue is weirdly not happening now - but for a short period after the new images were published I was consistently getting these errors.
