I retook the quiz after failing it once, however, I haven’t received any email or response informing me whether I passed or not, or whether I will receive the badge.

My unique course ID is: e476c17c6cd5e228b3e4b881c623da61

Could you please help me with this?

Try again tomorrow, it did the same to me yesterday when i tried to take it. I did it today and got the email instantly.

Go to your profile > summary > badges tab.
If you see a badge of n8n level 1, you have already passed the quiz.
