At the company where I work, we use an e-commerce platform to manage our website. Currently, the registration and access approval process for new clients works like this:
- The client accesses the website.
- They complete the registration form.
- We manually contact them (via WhatsApp) to validate their information using a basic questionnaire.
- After they respond, we grant them access on the platform.
The problem is that this manual contact ends up delaying the process.
I’d like to automate this workflow so it works like this:
Client registers > automatically receives the questionnaire on WhatsApp > responds > access is granted.
Does anyone know how I could automate this process? Any tools or integrations that could help with this?
