Automatically Clear Executions

Hey team,

is there a way to automatically clear execution details in executions list after x amount of days for N8N Cloud instance? I like to have execution saved, so I can tune the workflows in case something goes wrong, but on the other hand I do not want to have several months of events as it can be taken as a potential security issues as the data are expose indefinitely (for long period of time). I would like to have a sliding window of 7 days after which the executions would be deleted from n8n instance.

Hey @tkey,

On Cloud the data retention is linked to your plan so it could be anything up to 28 days I think. If you drop in an email to [email protected] I can take a quick look at your instance and see if we can set a rule for it.
