Automating NSA Arbitration Workflow – Seeking Guidance

Hi everyone,
We are planning to automate our NSA arbitration workflow and would greatly appreciate any guidance from experts.
Currently, the first stage of our process involves sending an open negotiation. Our biller notifies us via email when a patient is eligible for open negotiation. These emails include attachments such as EOBs, HCFA forms, clinical notes, and insurance card images.
We are looking for a solution that can:
Automatically extract data from these emails—particularly the EOB details, including CPT codes, CPT descriptions, and other relevant information from the EOB and HCFA forms.
Populate the extracted data into a Google Sheet.
Automatically sync the Google Sheet data into our Clio intake custom fields.
Run the open negotiation on Gavel to generate the final output letter.
Optionally, send the finalized document to the respective insurance company via email.
We are considering using:
Keragon as the automation tool,
Nanonets for extracting data from email attachments,
Clio for case tracking and data management, and
Gavel for document automation.
However, we are unsure how to fully integrate and automate this workflow. Any advice, suggestions, or examples from those who have implemented similar processes would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help!
