I specialize in n8n workflows and have extensive experience with GoHighLevel integrations and API connections.
The combination of Whop, Gusto, and membership management through n8n sounds like an interesting challenge to tackle.
I enjoy building reliable automations that connect different tools seamlessly - especially when it involves complex conditional logic and webhook handling.
Currently have availability for long-term projects and would be happy to discuss your specific workflow requirements.
Apart from that I’m also a full-stack developer with the right Gen AI experience, which makes me a solid plus for your team[but right now only vibecoding]
Check my recent gen ai projects… I built a native Android automation agent too. It’s worth a look:
I can build complex AI automations directly in code, not just inside n8n
I recently started posting my n8n work on YouTube with explanations:
Hey! This project sounds like a great fit for my background. I’m a GHL certified Admin and I’ve been working as an automation specialist with n8n and GoHighLevel for a while now, building end-to-end workflows for clients in different industries, from CRM automation and onboarding sequences to webhook-based integrations and API connections between platforms.
A few examples of what I’ve built:
Full GHL onboarding flows triggered by form submissions, with conditional logic for segmentation, automated follow-ups, and CRM field updates
n8n workflows integrating Google Sheets as a data layer with external APIs, handling data validation, transformation, and routing
Webhook-based pipelines connecting payment events to CRM actions, triggering SMS/email sequences and internal notifications automatically
I’m comfortable with the tools you mentioned.
I’m available immediately.
As for rates: $18/hr for full-time long-term relationship, or $22/hr for part-time. Open to discussing project-based pricing too depending on scope.
Looking forward to learning more about the build, feel free to DM me and we can set up a quick call!
Hi Landon. If you are still looking for help on this, I can work on the n8n + GoHighLevel/API side of the licensing and client-management system.
I would not try to rebuild everything at once. A useful first paid slice would be $600-$1,000: choose one flow such as sales to onboarding, Whop/GHL status sync, or payout/reporting handoff; define the data contract; build the n8n workflow; add logs, failure alerts, and a short handoff note.
That gives you a reliable production path before expanding across Gusto, Testimonial, Google Sheets, and the rest of the operations stack.
Do you already have the current flow mapped, or should the first slice include mapping the workflow from the existing tools?
This is a good fit if you want the first step kept narrow and reliable.
For a GHL-centered build I would start by mapping one high-value path end to end:
sales or onboarding trigger
GHL contact/opportunity update
Whop/Gusto/Testimonial.io/Sheets API step as needed
duplicate protection and clear field mapping
error log + notification for failed runs
short operator handoff so your team can maintain it
I am strongest on n8n/API glue, workflow QA, documentation, and turning messy business flows into something repeatable. For a first paid task I would suggest one contained workflow or a workflow audit with a fixed checklist, then expand once the integration pattern is proven.
