[Available for Hire] Backend & Automation Developer | Specializing in n8n, Python, & Multi-Agent AI Pipelines

Hi n8n community! :waving_hand:

I’m Iqbal Roofi, a Backend & Automation Developer based in Indonesia. I’m currently looking for new opportunities (freelance, contract, or full-time roles) to help teams build scalable, data-driven automation architectures.

My core stack revolves around n8n, Python, and Playwright. I specialize in deploying self-hosted n8n environments via Docker and Cloudflare Tunnels to seamlessly manage complex, cross-platform data pipelines.

Rather than just connecting basic APIs, I focus on building event-driven workflows that integrate advanced browser automation and heavy AI orchestration.

Here is a glimpse of what I’ve built leveraging n8n:

Multi-Agent AI Decision Frameworks: Architected a 4-stage decision-making system within n8n utilizing 6 distinct LLM agents (Claude, Gemini, Qwen, and OpenAI). The workflow features dedicated critique and refinement stages before a final “Judge” agent outputs the most optimized decision.

Talent Acquisition & Scraping Pipelines: Bridged complex browser automation with n8n to autonomously extract high-value profiles. I use Python (Playwright and DrissionPage) to bypass anti-bot protections, while n8n handles the dynamic LLM analysis of candidate skills for targeted outreach.

Auto-Bidding & Lead Generation: Engineered an automated system using n8n for orchestration to detect job postings, integrating with AI models to automatically generate human-like bid comments on platforms like LinkedIn and X.

Automated Visual Asset Generation: Built end-to-end n8n workflows that dynamically auto-generate highly detailed image prompts using text-based LLMs and synthesize them via DALL-E 3 for large-scale asset creation.

Whether you need someone to optimize automation overhead, bypass strict rate limits, manage asynchronous workflow operations, or build complex multi-tool AI pipelines, I’d love to help you build it.

If your team is looking for a system thinker who enjoys rapid experimentation, let’s talk!

You can reach me via DM here, through my email at iqbalganz922@gmail.com

Looking forward to connecting with this awesome community!

Saw your Available for Hire post — especially the n8n, Python, and multi-agent pipeline angle.

One thing I’ve been noticing in public automation project posts is that the better opportunities usually aren’t just about tool coverage. They tend to hide a deeper question: buyer intent, system complexity, risk, or how the provider frames the first conversation.

Might be relevant if you’re actively replying to project posts. Happy to share the teardown I wrote if useful.

Appreciate you reaching out that perspective actually lines up with how I think about automation work too.

I work mostly on n8n, Python, workflow engineering, AI orchestration, and browser automation, so I’m always interested in how people frame buyer intent, complexity, and risk in these projects. Happy to read the teardown send it over.

Appreciate that — here’s the teardown:

I’d be curious which of the three signals feels closest to the kind of work you’re trying to win right now.
