I successfully completed the n8n Course Level 2 on Tuesday, November 4th (passed with 14/15), and received the confirmation email. However, I have not received the corresponding badge on my forum profile.
I believe this is because the email account I used to take the course is different from the email associated with my forum account.
Here are my details:
Forum Username: Dr.Poersch
Email used for the Forum: [email protected]
Email used to complete the Course: [email protected]
I already tried contacting support (help@...) and the AI Assistant escalated my case to a human, but I am also posting here as suggested in case this is the faster way to resolve it.
Could someone please manually link my course completion (from [email protected]) to my forum account (Dr.Poersch) so I can receive the badge?

I see what you did, however I haven’t received the badge here in my community account. Should I retake the test using a different email and other unique_id or just wait until it appears?
