Beginner - intermediate | Which course will help?

Hello everyone,

My Name is Calvin and I am Beginner - Intermediate in building workflows. So far I have only built workflows for myself but would liek to start my own Agency.

I am really wondering, is there a course/mentoring out there, that will help me improve my skills to a level that I can name myself “expert” (I am really fast learner).

Start with n8n Academy. It’s free and it’s the official path: https://learn.n8n.io

It soft-launched in June and is now n8n’s structured learning home (it replaced the older text courses scattered in the docs). Right now there’s QS101 Quickstart plus the three-course Foundations program:

  • N8N101 — Essentials: Your First Workflows
  • N8N102 — Integrations: APIs & Connected Workflows
  • N8N103 — In Practice

Each is roughly 2–4 hours, with hands-on exercises, section quizzes and a final exam. 70% passing gets you a badge and a certificate. The exercises run on practice APIs the Academy hosts, so you don’t need external accounts or API keys — just a publicly accessible n8n instance (Cloud free trial or self-hosted).

Hi @Calvin_Heim Welcome!
For the agency side, n8n’s Sustainable Use License decides what you’re allowed to sell. Building workflows, custom nodes, and setup or maintenance for paying clients counts as consulting and needs no agreement with n8n. White-labeling n8n, or hosting it and charging clients for access, isn’t covered and needs a separate commercial agreement, email license@n8n.io for that. Keeping each client on their own instance keeps you clear of it.
