Best approach for recurring checklists with n8n?

I’m exploring ways to automate recurring checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for my team using n8n. The main goal is to trigger checklists regularly, track completion, and send reminders seamlessly (ideally integrated with Slack or Teams).

Has anyone successfully set up something like this? What apps or integrations work best for you?

I’m looking specifically for a solution that’s friendly for non-technical team members, something intuitive and straightforward.

Would love to hear how you’re approaching this!

Hi @Parsa1

You can use something simple like google sheets to store your checklists. Then set up slack or email nodes to send messages for upcoming deadlines. The data structure would be somethign like this in google sheets.

Teammate Task Status Due Date

Does that help?

Just wanted to update, found exactly what I was looking for! Manifestly Checklists turned out to be perfect for recurring checklists with n8n. The setup was super straightforward, and it integrates well with Slack (and Teams too). You can automate triggers, reminders, and even connect other tools without needing a lot of technical knowledge. Plus, it’s much more affordable than a lot of the bigger names out there. Definitely recommend if you want something easy for the whole team to use!

Hey, really appreciate the suggestion! Google Sheets + Slack or email nodes is a solid way to keep things simple and accessible, especially for smaller teams. I ended up going with Manifestly since it takes care of the recurring checklists, automations, and reminders out of the box (and is still easy for non-technical ppl like me), but your approach is a great option for anyone who wants a DIY solution. Thanks again for sharing!
