Hey Lavis,
I’d look a bit deeper than just “who can send a lot of emails”. Some of the tools mentioned here, like SendGrid, Mailgun or SES, are great if you mainly need sending infrastructure or an API. But if you want to actually manage campaigns, segments, follow-ups and list quality without building a lot around it yourself, I’d probably go with a proper email marketing / automation platform instead.
I’m with KlickTipp, so obviously I’m not neutral here, but this is exactly the kind of use case we built it for. The main thing I’d pay attention to is deliverability over time, not just the advertised sending volume. Bounce handling, clean contact management, proper segmentation and automation matter a lot if you’re sending bigger campaigns regularly.
With KlickTipp, you can work with tags instead of juggling a bunch of static lists, which makes segmentation much easier. Bounces are handled automatically, and you can build automations around clicks, signups, purchases, interests, etc. That helps a lot when you don’t just want to blast everyone, but send more relevant emails to the right people.
So my advice would be: if you only need raw SMTP/API sending, tools like SES, SendGrid or Mailgun can make sense. If you want campaign management, automation, segmentation and a stronger focus on list quality, I’d definitely take a look at KlickTipp.
The main things I’d check before choosing any provider are: how they handle bounces, how easy segmentation is, whether automations are flexible enough, and whether the platform helps you keep your sender reputation clean over time.
Hope that helps.
