BigQuery Limits Max Results

Here I come with another question as always haha, I wanted to know if by default has a limit of return of items, always returns me 38.888items (Node Google BigQuery) and my query has 290.000 items, is it possible to enlarge that range?

Yes, I have tried to bring more than 38.888 and even if I put 50.000 I get 38.888.
