Hi, I have been blocked out of my account for over 24h with no help from customer support. Please explain to me how this is acceptable? This is very disconcerting. I am paying N8N every month and I don’t understand how they could treat me like this? I have sent multiple emails and gotten no response.

When you say you are blocked what are you actually seeing? Can you also share your instance name so I can take a Quick Look?
I figured out the issue, but I would have appreciated a response within 24h.
