Hello, I bought a workflow template for 10$ but I didn’t receive it, can you help me!

Where did you buy it from? We don’t sell templates directly, so we may have limited means to help you with this.

And how long ago did you order it? Just to be clear: you didn’t buy this from n8n but from a community seller, so I don’t have that information.

the purchase does not include the template? how come we are brought to a page to buy the workflow and yet not receive the workflow template in n8n?
it literally says on the action button to buy the workflow

Sorry to hear that - are you still waiting? This seller sometimes needs 1-2 days to fulfill the orders. Just to be clear: you didn’t buy this from n8n but from a community seller.
Just to clear up some confusion here, as I did not know that either.
When buying a template from https://n8n.io/workflows you do not buy from n8n, but from a community seller, thats pretty clear I think.
N8N does not host any shopping infrastructer for templates, with that each individual seller is responsible themself for providing a platform to:
- pay the template
- generate & send out an invoice
- send out the template
As the volume of sold templates is probably pretty small for most sellers, they won’t yet have automated most of this process yet.
@bartv Is it somehow possible to contact a seller directly after buying a template? I do not see a email adress for sellers in their templates. Also The profile page of all sellers currently do not exist. (404 Error)

I’m Daniel, the seller of the n8n WordPress Auto-Blogging template. I apologize for the issue that occurred on February 19th, which was the first day I started selling the template. This was due to a technical issue in the payment system.
Once I became aware of the problem on the same day, I immediately contacted Bogdan and sent him the template file via email.
I have since resolved the technical issue, and now all buyers receive a download link right after payment.
