Wir sind eine Ferienwohnungsagentur in der Schweiz und möchten gerne unser Buchungssystem Avantio mit n8n verbinden um Gästedaten abzufragen, damit wir Bestellprozesse von Zusatzleistungen automatisieren können. Unser Systemanbieter verlangt dafür ein NDA von n8n. Wie kann ich prüfen lassen, ob es dieses schon gibt und oder ob man ein solches ausstellen könnte?

Had to translate the question to give you an answer, so sorry if I misunderstand.
n8n will not give you a NDA as n8n does not provided integration services themselves. A bit of a weird request to have a software provider sign an NDA. Of course unless they want to integrate n8n in their system or something, but then you would need to talk to the embed team.
If you host n8n yourself you yourself are in control of the data and would sign that NDA if required.
If you use n8n cloud, it would still be you that signs the NDA if required. n8n cloud has all kinds of certifications and is hosted in the EU, as they are a German company there is no risks there.
