I have saved my workflow several times using the save button, but my Google Sheet Node does not accept the “Data Location on Sheet” option. After I refresh the page, the option is disabled again.

I tested it myself and can confirm the behavior. The settings are properly saved though if i change any of the two values, eg. set “First Data Row” to “2”.
Can you please try changing a value and saving your workflow to see if it works?
I would still consider it a bug that the option vanishes after reloading.
Thank you for your feedback @halmich That’s right, if I set the “First Data Row” value to 3, then everything is fine, or if I leave it completely blank, too. But as soon as there is a 2 there, the entire option is disabled. Will it work if I just leave the “First Data Row” empty?
But it didn’t work with my values either. I had given the header row value 1 and left the first data row blank. In my Google Sheet, the first two rows were overwritten blank, and the data was inserted from row 3.
