🔧 Built With n8n: My End-to-End Lead Gen System (That Gets Replies)

Hey n8n fam,

After weeks of refining and testing, I finally finished a complete lead generation system that runs 100% on free tools — and I’m sharing the exact blueprint.

If you’re trying to land clients, especially in B2B, this could save you dozens of hours per week.

:pushpin: What It Does (In 2 Parts):

:brown_square: Part 1: Lead Enrichment & Email Verification

This part finds the best decision-maker at each company, grabs their email, and verifies it with zero manual work.

  • Pulls company records from Airtable
  • Uses Google Search + Gemini AI to identify the right person
  • Verifies emails using the Findymail API
  • Updates Airtable only with valid leads

:white_check_mark: Outcome: A clean, enriched list of qualified leads ready for outreach.

:blue_square: Part 2: Cold Email Generator & Sender

This part writes and sends personalized cold emails using company data + AI. Every message is unique, relevant, and tailored to resonate.

  • Scrapes the company’s website for insights
  • Uses Gemini to write:
    • Compliments
    • Icebreakers
    • Challenges
    • Offers
    • CTAs
    • Subject lines
  • Sends emails with delay logic to protect deliverability

:speech_balloon: Outcome: Emails that actually get replies — not ignored or flagged as spam.

:camera_with_flash: Here’s a snapshot of the full automation:

:light_bulb: Why I Built It

I got tired of clunky tools and $200/mo subscriptions. So I built my own stack using:

  • n8n (self-hosted)
  • Airtable
  • Google Gemini API
  • Findymail

The entire thing runs on autopilot. If you’re doing outreach, this will change the game for you.

:locked_with_key: Want the Full Workflow?

I’ll be sharing the exact template, walkthrough, and future upgrades exclusively with email subscribers.
No spam. No fluff. Just high-leverage automations.
