i have issue in call recording downloading when we download its output is show a x-wav but we require a only wav to send a chatgpt module to transcribe the call recording

Hi @Moughees_Hasan, I couldn’t find any information on the web about whether OpenAI supports xwav, but it is a possibility. Could you please share another screenshot where the error in the “From OpenAI” section is shown?

If they really don’t support the format I would try to get the recordings in a different format (eg. mp3) from the tool where you get the files from. If that is not an option you will probably need to transform the files with a command line tool like https://www.ffmpeg.org/ which can also be done on n8n if you’re using the self hosted version.
