Can’t log in with Google — “n8n.cloud has not completed the Google verification process”

Hello n8n team/community,
I’m trying to log in to n8n.cloud using my Google account, but I keep receiving this error:
“Access blocked: n8n.cloud has not completed the Google verification process. The app is currently being tested, and can only be accessed by developer-approved testers.”
Could someone please help me or guide me on:

  • How I can be added as a test user, OR
  • How I can use an alternate login method (like email/password or GitHub).

Hi Melinda,

I wrote on the community as I did not see any option for an e-mail address to contact them, the only e-mail available is for business.

Kindly assist me to solve this problem, as I have no access to the n8n.

which Google node are you using? Our app is verified which means the likely cause of this is you are using a credential where you need to provide your own client id and secret. If this is the case you will need to update your api project in the Google console.
