Can’t upgrade my account

Dear n8n Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue I’m encountering while trying to purchase a new monthly subscription plan.

I am attempting to subscribe to the $24 monthly plan, but every time I complete the payment process, I receive the following error message:

"Something went wrong. Please try again later. If the issue persists, you can contact our support team using the button below.”

I have tried the following steps to resolve the issue:

· Refreshed the page and tried again.

· Tried using a different web browser (e.g., from Chrome to Firefox).

· Ensured my payment card details (number, expiry date, CVC) are correct and up to date.

· Verified that my card has sufficient funds and is enabled for international/online transactions.

Unfortunately, the problem persists. I would be very grateful if you could investigate this issue from your side.

Can you please send this to [email protected], please, and either I or one of my colleagues will assist you. Can you also confirm in the e-mail if you are using a VPN or any adblockers or extensions such as noscript, and if so, please try with them disabled. We will likely have to contact our payment provider once you have sent the e-mail to create a support ticket to [email protected].

Let me know when you have logged the ticket, and please provide the ticket number.
