I have successfully completed n8n Course Level 1 and Level 2. However, I am currently unable to log in to the Academy portal (apps.learn.n8n.io).
I tried the “Forgot password” option, but I never receive the reset email. Since my community account is linked via Google, there is no password set for my account. When I try to register again, it causes conflicts. Could you please help me regain access to my account so I can continue with the Expert Certification path?
@Jey_Vee the reset email never arrives because your account is linked through google, so theres no password on it to reset, the forgot-password flow is a dead end for SSO logins. and registering again is what triggers the conflict since that email already exists. the forum cant unlock the academy portal for you, this one needs n8n to reset or merge the account on their side, so email help@n8n.io from the same address, explain the google-linked login plus the duplicate from re-registering, and theyll get your access back.
The level 1 & 2 courses are not linked to the academy so you ned to register separately, which it looks like you have now done. You should now be able to use forgot password.
