Cannot access paid n8n workspace — no response from support

Hi team,

Hi, my n8n.cloud workspace was taken offline due to trial expiration. I believe I upgraded? I need to recover my workflows from it. Can you please help me access or export them.

I’m locked out of my paid n8n cloud workspace. I’ve submitted 2 support tickets and tried the magic link login using both of my registered email addresses. Still no access.

This is urgent — I have over 11 critical agents already built and tested inside my workspace, and I’m under a business deadline.
