Cannot buy extra executions on Pro – only upgrade option shown

Hi,
I’m on an n8n Cloud Pro monthly plan with 10,000 executions.
A misconfigured trigger was running every minute and has used 100% of my monthly workflow executions in a couple of days. This is my fault, but I have business‑critical workflows that now cannot run.
I opened a Sev1 ticket via the in‑app email form. The AI reply said:

“If you are on a monthly n8n Cloud Pro subscription, you can purchase additional execution credits directly from the Admin panel.”
However, in my Admin/Billing panel there is no option to purchase additional execution credits – only to upgrade the whole plan (to 50,000 executions at a much higher monthly cost).
Could someone from the n8n team please:

  1. Confirm whether Pro monthly customers can buy a small one‑off top‑up of executions (e.g. 2,000) this month, and if so where that option is in the UI, or
  2. Confirm that the only option is to upgrade the plan, and that I will be able to downgrade back to the 10,000‑execution Pro plan at the next billing cycle.
    This is blocking production workflows, so any help or clarification would be really appreciated.

I do not think so there is some top-up of executions in the Pro plan, other then upgrading your current plan.
